Sao Mai- Ben Dinh Petroleum Investment JSC successfully organized the 4th Party Congress for the term of 2020-2025
On the morning of May 12, at PetroHotel, Vungtau City, Sao Mai – Ben Dinh Petroleum Investment JSC successfully organized the 4th Party Congress,on the term of 2020-2025. The Congress was honored to welcome Mr. Tran Ngoc Chuong – Member of PTSC’s Standing Committee, and PTSC subsidiaries’ Party Secrectaries and all PVSB’s party members.
The congress listened to the report on leadership performance for the term of 2015-2020 and the direction for the term of 2020-2025; Report on review of the Party Executive Committee for the term of 2015-2020; report on synthesizing comments to the draft political report of the PTSC’s Party Congress for the term of 2020-2025; personnel project participating the 4th PTSC‘s Party, term 2020-2025; Project on delegation to attend the 7th Corporation Congress, term 2020- 2025.
At the congress, delegates discussed in the spirit of democracy and agreed with the results achieved in the 2015- 2020 term, the Party organization has promoted its comprehensive leadership role; implementing and exceeding the targets of political tasks for 2015-2020 term and in compliance with the regulations on COVID-19 prevention.
Also at the Congress, the party members representing the departments and divisions reported on outstanding issues such as: strengthening propaganda, mobilizing all employees to practice thrift and fight wastefulness; launching the emulation movement for technical innovations, increasing productivity, quality and efficiency in production and business; thoroughly save time, equipment and materials, especially regular expenditure, and exceed the planned targets. Thereby, contributing to the solutions to strive to successfully complete the Company’s resolution on term of 2020-2025
In the 2015-2020 term, with the attention of the PVN and PTSC, PVSB has made progress and achieved certain results. Total revenue in the period of 2016-2020 is 960.28 billion VND, reaching 109% of the plan. Profit before tax reached 9.49 billion VND, reaching 97% of the plan. Average income is 14 million VND/ person/ month, paid to the stage budget 16.58 billion VND. Regarding the investment in capital construction, it is required that the completed investment projects be put into operation; not to waste resources, so the total value of the Company’s investment in period 2016-2020 is relatively low, mainly focusing on investment in leveling 7ha yards, completing the construction of the container office and moving the entire office to save official rental costs.
The Congress voted to approve the PVSB’s Political Report, elected the Party Committee’s Executive Committee for the term of 2020-2025 including 07 comrades and elected 03 representatives. Attending the 7th Congress Executive Committee held the first session right after the election results to elect the Secrectary, Deputy Secrectary and the Inspection Committee for the term of 2020 – 2025, Mr. Tran Hai Binh – PVSB’s Chairman was held the responsibility of the Party Secrectary of the Company; Mr. Phung Nhu Dung – CEO held the position of Deputy Secrectary and Chairman of the Party Committee for the term of 2020-2025.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Tran Ngoc Chuong – Member of PTSC’s Standing Party Committee, praised the results achieved by the PVSB’s Party Committee in the past term, he highly appreciated the congress preparation work with the principle of democratic centralization and proposed to the new term Party Executive Committee to get achievements, continue to make more efforts, with a spirit of solidarity, democracy to lead the Company to successfully complete the assigned tasks, build a clean, strong, comprehensive Company Party Committee.

The success of the Congress is an important affirmation in building Party organization in businesses’ sector, and at the same time has empowered all party members and employees in the next term by all means, efforts, resources, promoting the role and position in local economic construction, aiming to successfully complete production and business objectives and assigned tasks in 20202 as well as the period 5 years 2020-2025.
