On 30/10/2013 Mr. Phùng Như Dũng, Director of Sao Mai – Ben Dinh Petroleum Investment Joint Stock Company (PVSB) has signed an agency agreement with Mr. Bikram Kesari Mohanty, Manager - Export Sales of Dura-line AAPAC company. According to this agreement PVSB has become an official agency for the distribution of Dura-line HDPE pipes in Vietnam.

On 31/10/2013, at PVSB site, Sao Mai – Ben Dinh Petroleum Investment Joint Stock Company (PVSB) have completed construction package “Fabrication of spools & Spreader transportation stands & Seafastening” with more than 610 tons of steel structure for PTSC Offshore Services Joint Stock Company (POS).

On 25th October 2013, the periodical meeting for third quarter was held by Management Board of PVSB to evaluate the performance of the Management Board, and the implementation of third quarter, first 9 months in 2013 and develop the business plans for 2013 fourth quarter.

In response to "Law Day" taken place from November, 4th until November, 10th 2013 within PetroVietnam Group, PVSB has planned to perform within its own unit.
